We see patients from the ages of 2 and older. For specific visit types, patients must be at least 18 years of age. These visit types include: chronic care, women’s, men’s, an weight loss visits.
We make our visits very affordable. Our visits are cheaper than many copays. We only accept insurance for lab visits. We do accept flexible spending cards for visit payments.
You will receive your prescription within 2 hours of your visit time.
Yes. We partner with Quest to perform lab work. We provide you with a lab slip (this slip is called a requisition) after your visit. This slip is taken to your local Quest. Quest will send us your results and we will discuss your labs with you at no additional cost.
We accept all major forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Flexible Spending Card Payments.
Yes. Grace Teledoc uses payment gateways that prioritize the security of your information.
Absolutely. Grace Teledoc maintains strict adherence to federal HIPAA guidelines. We take the security your information seriously and do not sell or give your information to third party vendors that are not involved in your care.
Our visits are generally 15 minutes in length. Chronic care visits and weight loss visits require more depth and are usually 20 to 30 minutes in length.
Yes, Grace Teledoc provide refunds if we were not able to service the visit or if the visit was cancelled before presciptions were sent to the pharmacy. Refunds outside of these two reasons are processed on a case by case basis. We understand that specific situtations do arise.

We treat a variety of conditions ranging from ear infections, sore throat, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, urinary tract infections, and yeast infections. We also provide weight loss services. Grace Teledoc only uses board certified healthcare providers, such as nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants can provide a myriad of services, including consultations, assessments, diagnosing, and sending prescriptions to the pharmacy.
We provide care to anyone within the State of Texas.
During your online visit you will provide a pharmacy. After your visit, we will send your prescription to the pharmacy you provided. We can send your prescription to anywhere within the United States.
